In the short time since launch, we’ve mastered the workflow from beginning to end. We do everything in-house, from shoot, to post, to graphics. We’ve designed and 3d-printed custom camera rigs, including the world’s only submersible 3d 360° rig, to create experiences nobody else can and push the limits of existing hardware. VR is set to explode and Better is already delivering incredible content for this new media platform.
Irad has been engaged in VR since the first wave of interest in the technology in the 90s. While earning his engineering degree at UC Berkeley, he worked at a Silicon Valley company called Virtual Research prototyping VR headsets for the military.
During NYC’s dot com boom, he worked at startups before joining the then new Oxygen network producing the popular Xena: Warrior Princess website and one of the first on-air live chat experiences.
After transitioning to television, he directed hit series Wife Swap for ABC, developed shows for Bravo, TLC, and Animal Planet at reality giant Endemol, and launched Haymaker Media with Aaron in 2013.
Aaron developed and produced some of the biggest hits in reality TV.
As an executive at ABC, he oversaw groundbreaking series like The Bachelor and The Mole. In development at Comedy Central he brought his unique vision and humor to countless pilots and series. He then launched a successful TV division for sports producer Red Line Films from scratch, with series for Discovery, History, Bravo and more.
In 2013 he launched Haymaker Media with Irad and created hit series including Southern Charm on Bravo (now on Season 3).
Now Aaron brings his proven track record sheparding hits to a broad, engaged, audience to the world of virtual reality.
